Personality Profiles: Valuable or Not?

Have a look at this interesting article of Sandra L. Shullman in the latest on-line edition of Talent Management. It offers some interesting thoughts on where personality profiles can be useful (e.g. leadership development) and where they can be misleading, especially when not used correctly (e.g. selection). Overall, I would say that this article is pretty much in line with what has been written in this blog.
