Matthias,
why not "Outliers" - Malcolm Gladwell? His ideas on how human potention can be reveled are very intresting, focusing on the practice (10k hours, he says). Just another point of view, not necessarly the opposite. BR, Marcelo Egéa
Thanks for this valuable suggestion, Marcelo! Indeed, I have read almost half of "Outliers", and it is a great book, very relevant for people on their strengths quest.
Although I knew already from my Gallup training that developing talents into strengths can be hard word that requires a lot of practice, this book opened my eyes even more to this important fact.
In the first half of the book which I have read so far, Malcom Gladwell seems to make little reference to the importance of innate talents in success. I am curious to read on to see whether there is more to it.
