Norwich Union changes focus from competencies to strengths

Have a look at this interesting article of Karen Stefanyszyn, head of organizational development at Norwich Union, the largest insurer in the UK. It touches issues like strengths-based interviewing and selecting for strengths which I would like to discuss in this blog.
