An interesting interview with Marcus Buckingham

Marcus Buckingham published the book "Now Discover Your Strengths" together with the creator of the StrengthsFinder, Dr. Donald Clifton. Clifton acquired Gallup Consulting which uses the StrengthsFinder as a centerpiece in its consulting work. Buckingham worked for Gallup for quite some time and left the company at some point to start his own business. In this interview, he reflects on his career, the importance of strengths, Peter Drucker's views on that and his relationship with Clifton.
