Peter Drucker's "Innovation and Entrepreneurship" is one of the best books I have ever read about this subject. Therefore, I recommend it to everyone with Ideation and Futuristic. But I think it may be especially interesting for people with Context who would like to figure out how they can use this talent in business and innovation: for the book is full of interesting historic examples of innovation and what we can learn from them for innovation today. For example, I was not aware how the seemingly simple invention of the container revolutionized cargo shipping and set the stage for Globalization. I imagine that this kind of insight must be a delight for people with Context. Indeed, I am pretty sure that Peter Drucker must have had high Context talent, as one of the things that make his books so unique are his constant references to history.
